In a matchup with double conference implications, St. Elmo-Brownstown got the two set win over Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City on Tuesday night 25-15, 25-19. The win brings SEB to 4-2 on the season and they are 2-0 in the Egyptian Illini Conference and 1-1 in the National Trail Conference. The Eagles will be off the rest of the week before beginning play in the Grace Filled Tournament in Nokomis with three matches on Friday night. CHBC is now 5-4 overall on the season and stands at 1-1 in both the EIC and NTC. The Bobcats will hit the road on Thursday to take on Sandoval.
