Metro Community Church breaks ground for new Vandalia campus building

The Metro Community Church, which is celebrating 15 years in Vandalia, will soon have a building that is all their own.

The Metro Community Church on Sunday evening officially broke ground on their new Vandalia campus building, which is about 1/2 mile north of exit 61 of Interstate 70.  Pastor Tim Weihrauch says it is certainly an exciting day.

And, Pastor Weihrauch gives a timeline for the new building.

Metro Community Church has been meeting in Vandalia School District buildings for the past 15 years.  We will have more on the groundbreaking coming up tomorrow.
