An Edgewood man has been charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault in Fayette County Court.
18 year old Riley L. Smith Junior has been charged with Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of an alleged victim under 13. Information says that the defendant “who was 17 years of age or older, committed an act of sexual penetration with an individual who was under 13 years of age.”
Smith Junior mad an appearance via Zoom in Fayette County Court. Bond was set at $50,000 and a pre-trial has been scheduled for July 19th at 10 am.
