The City of Vandalia will be celebrating National Small Business Week May 1st through 7th. Mayor Rick Gottman and Vandalia City Council members will be recognizing the efforts of local, small businesses who have been nominated by members of the community. The Small Business Award effort is focused on involving residents of our community in celebrating local businesses and honoring the efforts of business owners whose passion is providing goods, services, products, jobs and have enhanced the quality of life going above and beyond in contributing to the success of the community.
The categories are:
Small Business of the Year
Community Involvement of the Year
Female-Owned Business of the Year
Veteran-Owned Business of the Year
Non-Profit Agency/Group/Club of the Year
Economic Impact Business of the Year
