South Central girls fell behind in the first half and couldn’t recover in a 56 to 29 loss to Effingham St. Anthony. After trailing by just 5 after the 1st quarter, South Central was outscored 17 to 4 in the second quarter and couldn’t recover in the 2nd half. South Central girls are now 12-12 on the season. They will host Dieterich on Thursday.
