The Fayette County Officeholders who were elected in November were sworn in on Tuesday for their new terms in office.
Fayette County State’s Attorney Joshua Morrison and Circuit Clerk Kathy Emerick were both sworn in for their 3rd terms in office.
Fayette County Coroner Dave Harris was sworn into office to begin his first full 4 year term as the county’s coroner. Harris has served in the post since July of 2018.
Fayette County Clerk and Recorder Jessica Barker was sworn in to serve the remaining 2 years on the term that former Clerk Vicky Conder was elected to in 2018. Barker was appointed to the seat in the spring of this year.
