William Harold “Bill” Cowger, formerly of Vandalia, passed away on Saturday, October 3rd, 2020
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 24th at 2 pm at St. James Lutheran Church in Vandalia. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 pm to 2 pm. A brief graveside service will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery in Vandalia. Memorials may be made to St. James Lutheran Church in Vandalia.
Bill Cowger is survived by his sons-Will Cowger of Indianapolis, Indiana and Wade Cowger of Vandalia. Sisters-Judy Sanders of Melrose Park, Illinois and Barbara Saathoff of Pompano Beach, Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents-Mary and Harold Cowger. And, Sisters-Carly Cowger and Marilyn Galbriath.
