A Palastine woman was sentenced to time in prison this week in Fayette County Court. 67 year old Lois Carpenter pleaded guilty to Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced by Judge Kevin Parker to 24 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
