She was born , June 21, 1935, in St. Elmo, IL, the daughter of Ruth (Beck) Scoles Dunnaway. Married Dean E. Carter on April 17, 1954, St. Elmo, IL, He passed away April 27, 2012. She was formerly employed in the Bakery at IGA, Hillsboro, IL and a Homemaker. Bea loved animals, humming birds, baking and reading.
She is survived by: Daughters – LaDeana “Deana” Criswell & Alan, Mt. Vernon, IN and Robin LeAnna Carter, Hillsboro, IL; Sister-in-law – Joyce Carter, Vandalia, IL; 3 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
Preceded in death by: Her Parents, Husband, Brothers – Buddy, Elvis & Woody and Sister – Carol “Sis.
