One of the IHSA’s most prolific scorers will continue his basketball career close to home. Patoka’s Jered Cain, who helped lead the Warriors to 4 regional titles and a sectional championship during his time in High School, has signed his letter of intent to attend school and play basketball at Kaskaskia College. Cain finished up his high school basketball career with 2817 points, which is good for 12th all time on the IHSA Scoring List.
