The latest updated forecast would seem to show the bulk of the freezing rain for the area coming between now and tonight at midnight. The National Weather Service’s latest forecast for our area shows freezing rain for today with a high of 32 and total daytime ice accumulation of around 0.10 of an inch possible. Then, more freezing rain for tonight–mainly before 11 pm—with total night time of 0.10 to 0.30 of an inch possible. The Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until noon on Sunday.
