James Howard Mullinax, age 78, of Edgewood, Illinois passed away at 11:35 p.m. on Monday, June 27, 2016 at Clay County Hospital in Flora, Illinois.
Funeral service will be at 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Pagel Funeral Homes in Edgewood, Illinois. There will be a two-hour viewing prior to the service. Judy Poe will be officiating.
