There looks to be a chance for severe storms early Monday morning. The National Weather Service in St. Louis says showers and storms will move through the region in the early morning hours tomorrow, and there is a chance a few of these storms become severe. Strong winds and brief tornadoes are both possible with these storms, especially for areas toward southern Missouri and southern Illinois. As of this time, best chance for severe storms for this area looking to be at 6 am or after that time.
